Do you have any special events or fundraisers you’d like to tell us about?
Jonas Corona, a nine-year-old Long Beach resident and founder of Love in the Mirror, a non-profit which helps homeless youth, will be featured on ABC’s Hit Television Series, SECRET MILLIONAIRE. The one-hour reality show follows some of America’s most successful business people for one-week as they leave the comforts of their homes and identities behind and move to some of the country’s most impoverished neighborhoods, to find the most deserving people within the community. Secret Millionaire Hilary DeCesare, CEO/co-founder of Everloop.com, a safe social media site for kids, posed as a volunteer and followed Jonas as he showed her how he has been helping the homeless community since he was just six-years-old. You are invited to join Jonas and The Secret Millionaire at the Gaslamp Restaurant in Long Beach for a special premier event. This event is open to the public and is family friendly.
The event is Sunday, July 8, 2012, from 7pm-9pm at the Gaslamp Restaurant 251 East Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach, CA 90803. For additional information contact Renee Corona (562) 355-2689 at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the Love in the Mirror website.
