We’ve got folk events going on all weekend!
Since the festival is only a one-day festival, we decided to host events all weekend, including this one at Alex’s Bar for anyone coming from out of town or folks that just wanna keep the party going.
On Sunday, September 20th, we’ll be celebrating with an all day Barbecue with Wise Texas Barbecue Food Truck parked outside all day. We’ll also have some of the best in folk & roots music including festival performers The Tillers as well as the legendary duo, regional favorite Sean Wheeler & Zander Schloss. Additionally, Willy Tea Taylor with a new album about to drop (which is gonna be the new talk of the town) will be performing a set. We’ve also got great songwriters Joe Fletcher (Nashville) and Ruby Force to round it out.
Texas BBQ, Whiskey, Folk & Roots Music: A cure for your hangover!
BBQ goers are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance through Alex’s Bar’s website for only $8 or $10 at the door.
