Wrigley Association Neighborhood Clean Up, Saturday August 4th

The Wrigley Association will organize a neighborhood clean up, on Saturday, August 4, 2012, which will include and E-Waste and tire collection. The Association is calling upon residents to bring unwanted electronic waste, and tires without rims!
A dumpster and tools will be provided. Free refreshments available for volunteers.
E-Waste: computers, monitors, televisions, laptops, video games, and fans. Tires without Rims (Silva’s Tire at 2119 Pacific Avenue will remove rims for free the morning of the cleanup)
Household or Hazardous materials will not be accepted such as: aerosol cans, anti-freeze, auto or household batteries, construction materials, cleaning products, fluorescent tubes, lamps or bulbs containing mercury, microwaves, motor oil, paints, pool or garden chemicals,refrigerators, scanners, solvents, stoves, thermostats, industrial waste, and large scale e-waste.
The Neighborhood Clean-Up & E-waste and Tires Collection is Saturday, August 4, 2012, from 8:00 to noon at Daisy Avenue & 19th Street, Long Beach.

The Wrigley Association is a neighborhood association dedicated to improving the lives in the Wrigley area of Long Beach. The general meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at the Veteran’s Park Social Hall, 101 East 28th Street.
