Wrigley Association welcomes Sustainabilty Commission at next meeting

A representative from the Long Beach Sustainability Commission will speak at the next Wrigley Association Meeting on Monday, September 14, at 7: 00 p.m. in Veteran’s Park Social Hall, 101 East 28th Street, Long Beach.
The Wrigley Association’s guest speaker will be Meredith Reynolds from the Sustainability Commission. She will discuss the city’s master plan.
Also on the agenda, Wrigley Association President Bethel Cope-Vega will form an election committee to fill a vacancy on its Board of Directors. The election committee calls for one member of the general membership. The other two members are selected by the President and the Board of Directors.
The Wrigley Association is a neighborhood association dedicated to improving the lives in the Wrigley area of Long Beach. The general meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Veteran’s Park Social Hall, 101 East 28th Street. (If the first Monday is a holiday, then the meeting will take place on the second Monday of the month). Child Care and parking are free.
